Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation we are unable to accept loyalty bookings at this time. Rest assured you will be able to redeem your points in due course once we are back and up and running.

  • Collect points each time you visit to give you access to Storksen Treats.
  • Treat cards can be issued from your first visit.
  • Points can be exchanged for services or products.
  • Points are not exchangeable for cash.
  • The current conversion rate is: £1 spent equals 1 treat card point.
  • If a discount is applied to a service, or product, points will be accumulated on the amount paid and not the original price.
  • Treat services can only be redeemed Monday to Thursday.
  • Treat services cannot be redeemed between 10th and 31st December.
  • Only one treat card booking can be accepted per day so make sure to book yours in advance!
  • Treat card bookings are accepted on a strictly first come, first serve basis.
  • Each client is only entitled to one Storksen Treat Card at a time, this card is assigned to and is unique to you only. Other Storksen clients cannot accumulate points for you.
  • Points are non-transferable between clients.
  • You can leave the Storksen Treat Card programme at any time however in doing so you forfeit any points you have accumulated.
  • Storksen reserves the right to terminate the Storksen Treat Card programme without any warning.
